Honstly they are good. I got verified quickly (less that 48 hours). I was contacted by their support. I would definately recommend this to my friends. Fees are a bit high but hey, Atleast they're legit. 8/10 Experience.
IFX was the first currency exchange i have ever used whilst purchasing a property in Spain. At first I was very nervous and a bit wary as transferring large amounts of money (our savings!) to a company is very daunting and you hear so many stories about scam companies. However there was absolutely nothing to worry about. From the offset I was allocated an Advisor, Andy, who is always at the other end of the phone or contactable via email. Following each paymemt transaction I've been informed via email of the payment detail.i would highly recommened this company
Laura Ridley has been very helpful and has provided a professional service. The transaction I was involved with was a little unusual, however, Laura made the transaction seamless, she was always willing to help whenever required and was patient.
Last two transactions, IFX were transferred money but neglected to send it on to my account in Spain leaving me short of funds. Twice had to chase them up for the money, on the second occasion I asked for a formal complaint to be registered. "Of course Sir. The manager will ring you back before close of Business." No callback, and no complaint lodged = what a good performing company NOT.
Good work, friendly and helpful staff. Sorted the problems that came up in the middle of transaction very quickly and efficiently. Fair exchange rate offered. Will use IFX again!
