Because of my business, im using Payally for long time. I should say it is nice, quick, professional, and has responsive customer service. lately, i had some issues with money transferring. It took more time than usual and in the end the transaction did not complete. I asked the support team, they explained to me there were some issues with recipient details. the good news is that i can have my money. Im rating Payally 4 because i did not expect such problem. So if there were issue with details, Payally should inform me before sending it not after. Hope they can improve their system in this regard.
I count payally feature that allows having both payment and processing accounts as a huge plus, it is cheaper than any other platforms and their team is always available to answer the questions, i had some issues connecting my cards with the app and they helped me quickly. RECOMMEND YOU!
