Quick responses and was able to resolve my issue efficiently.
Easy to load the card and competitive euro rate compared to other cards and no withdrawal fee, but not the best rate for money transfers.
Redeeming my balance took a long time (Covid maybe) so I contacted the help centre and had really good service from Francesca, who supported me through until the balance came into my account (7 working days), which put my mind at rest.
