Since 2nd July 2020 my transaction shows on Azimo's website "Transaction completed" until 12th July 2020. Whereas, It wasn't the real situation. I keep contacting with my recipient and money did not received into my recipient account. After 10 days of completion of transaction Azimo don't know the real situation of transaction - whereas, Azimo's website shows "transaction completed" - Why ??? Recipient account was wrongly saved in Azimo's system due to Azimo's system errors - in particular "Azimo's server errors". Despite, contacting several times with Azimo's customer service and operation by explaining the real situation. Azimo did not admit their faults even trying to divert this issue by as usual excuse. And it is the quality of service of Azimo also Nuno Krakow, Poland said, He providing services for Azimo's customers last 04 years that way...............??? When online money transfer take 14 days to reach money into recipient account and during this 14 days period Azimo don't know the real situation and trying to divert situation in a wrong way - also do not admit their faults including impact of recipient, what is the worth of Azimo's online service ???
