I had to cancel a transfer. It was quickly done but I still haven’t had my refund. It has been 3 days.
The Azimo system works well, and I appreciate the streamlined way it links with my UK bank account. The exchange rate is not great however.
Quick bank to bank transfers. If there is a problem the customer will help fix it as soon as possible. Rates competitive and minimal fee to transfer is excellent.

Great and convenient way for me to send money to family based abroad.The days of lugging cash to a transfer place are gone plus the transfers are extremely rapid.Would use again and again
They promise 1 hour transfers but they take waaaaay longer. I cancel a transfer because I needed it to arrive as soon as possible and since it took so much time, I thought I did something wrong, so I tried again trusting they will understand their platform was taking reaaaaally long time and will accept my cancelation request but they didn’t. So both transfers were paid, really late, so they affected me twice, 1 by sending the money extremely late affecting the money recipient and 2. by debiting me twice and leaving me without money in the debited account and now they won’t help me to solve the issue even thought I did the cancelation request on time. So DONT TRUST the 1 hour transfers message or the cancelation policy.
I have used AZIMO several times to transfer money. Apart from the fact that the recipient receives a message about the transfer relatively quickly, the amount also arrives as quickly as possible. And that at an amount that makes your house bank look old.
This app is great. It is fast, efficient and very easy to use for me. My relatives have also found it just at simple to collect funds. Overall... Amazing and very happy with Azimo
