Stay away, they wouldn't let me remove the cards and then charged me subscription fees for them. And now they are trying to scare me with a formal debt collection process. Stay away, this is pure fraud.'we do now require the balance to be paid in full by the end of the week to avoid your accounting being escalated through our formal collections process. To add, this would result in further interest and fees being applied to your account in respect of the outstanding balance.'

Security is an absolute pain and customer support takes ages normally a lot longer that it takes the system to log out out automatically.

Closed my account within 24 hours without giving me a satisfactory reason (section 15.3). They had a problem with my name or something else I really don’t know. I have over ?250,000 credit limit so credit was nver an issue. I knew u will use “FCA card” as you have blamed them in most of your issues.
A difficult task to complete. Going back through all 2021 and 2022 transactions to find which wallet the charges for new cards had been taken out of. Rafael has done a brilliant job.
I did made a deposit to my Soldo account on the 9 of march, now is the 26 of march. The money never come. Transfer was made from bank in Denmark. For about 2 weeks ago Bank in Denmark got a request with questions about who is sending money, who the receiving them, what is the reason for the transfer and so on. Bank in Denmark has answered the request, but it did not help. The money is gone. Has been talking by phone with customer service in Soldo several times. Has been written to them a lot of times doing the past few days. Everything I got from them is: our finance team will look into the case and will return asap. There is no initiative from them side to solve the problem. Yersteday they told me that them do not know where the money is and Further on I have to deal with Danish bank. I have a transfer copy from the Danish bank and the money are taken from the account. That’s it.
