I was angry writing the review but for 2 years i have had a few issues that have been resolved very quickly and the staff are very professional and friendly but lately it's been to stressful for me but you would not understand..wirecard has put yous in an awkward position as people find trust is very important..I'm still pissed at the attitude of a certain team leader but that's life nowadays full of people who dont give a damb about anyone only themselves..I hope things work out for the pockit team but I have opened a new bank account and will be leaving asap. I have been on the phone since wirecard messed up every day trying to get my payments organised 4 hrs a day at a time which was sole destroying, I know covid 19 meant yous had short staff but in this day and age yous cant work from home? Why put people on hold then when requested a call back as my position in the queue would not move, not a single call..take care..

My partner has an account with Pockit which has been “under review “ since 26/05/20 due to my daughter returning some money we’d helped her out with (£400). We have sent everything they’ve asked for and still nothing has happened. The account has nearly £2000 in it which we desperately need to move with. How do they have the right to withhold people’s money like this? We can’t contact anybody and it seems that they don’t give a damm about the people who pay their wages it’s a joke
