6 months to get paid . Nightmare !!!!!!!!!!!
Mark Ackroyd has been superb throughout. Very patient without being patronising as he guided me through the process, I couldn't have asked for a better service all round.
No hassle , easy process
I made a payment from my fiance's account and they asked me to fill in a third party form and send a copy of his passport. As we are european, we do not need a passport and he does not have one, so I sent them a copy of his ID card (which has exactly the same validity). However, they insisted on their inability to verify him with the ID card and insisted on sending them a copy of the passport. I try to explain that passport and ID card have the same number and they should be able to verify his identity anyway, but they were incapable of doing it. Now, I am waiting for my euros to be refund which will take a few days. So, I do not have euros and neither pounds.
Apart from slight problem with money coming out of joint account the rest was easy. Account setup and transfers easy after that.
