One transfer can be conducted within couple hours, another transfer is pending up to a week. Opal transfer asks a lot of personal information, which no other money transfer service asks. It gives no guarantees of keeping that information confidential. Phone hotline is basically useless. Operator's promises are very often useless. Today I am waiting for a transfer for the 5th day in a row! Just in case, I was a recipient of 10+ transfers from Opal. Many of them were problematic.
