First of all I would like to say that you offer a nice service. Bitcoin in combination with an iban is what I am looking for.However my experience was not that good:- First of all I had trouble typing my address. It had to consist of three words which is not common in the country where I live. But okay the support assisted me very well.After that I had to verify my account. Photos were taken in a hurry and therefore they were rejected. I was asked to contact support and after that my account suddenly got blocked. I sent multiple mails to support but still didn't get reply.I do not want to accuse you from anything, but I am just not satisfied with the way your registration process is handled.Hope we could sort this out further so I could use your nice service.
