I become a bunq user 5 months ago because I am frustrated with the support experience with another bank. For now it's been great! The app is easy to use, with some fun features like planting trees.

The best feature of this platform is that you can choose to use the desktop version

its providing a very good exchange rate especially from euro to usd, also it works very well abroad and i can open the app and my account in just a few minutes. amazing! i recommend bunq to everyone

very good features this app provides, however there are some things that need to be improved and get better. things like the support system, they are handling the multi account the time that you want to create the business account. the bugs are also fixed after a long time. still i believe they are doing better job than others and their prices are acceptable…

anyone will be able to get better service with less money in different apps. they are not professional, handling and managing the criticism very poorly. for me they are basics and need so much improvement

I used bunq for the last few years. It is fast, comfortable and secure. BUT I believe the LATEST PRICES are NOT ACCEPTABLE and it needs some changes. In general everything is Okay for NOW!!!

mobile app is very simple and easy to use, also I received the debit card after 3 days. Every time that I get my salary, It is automatically distributed to my other necessary sub-accounts as I managed before. I am really happy to be using this app.

The new version is not working as desired. Many improvements have been communicated before, but nothing is done with it. It would be nice to get some feedback on suggested improvements, instead of asking for any new.

I've been using this app for a very long time. i should say that they are nice, really very good replacements for traditional bank and always offering new features that make me happy. However the latest updates are not very good compare to previous one. In my opinion they still count as a good bank but in place of being excellent they are going down and down. In the beginning I was in love with this platform and for me they were like Google but now I'm starting to think that they are becoming like Facebook (I HATE IT) of the banking sphere. I suppose they lost their way and need to find it. Still Im thinking positively about bunq and I see a bright future for this app.

I should admit that my experience with Bunq was great. But it changed. They started to do online shopping with my account on different platforms, then closed my and my partner’s account, didn’t notify us and the customer service is slow and confused. The account closed and the app became useless, not working anymore and all information about support team is inside of the app, very genius who created this app!!! there was no explanation and after some hours they confirmed that our accounts closed. I don’t like this situation!!!!
