Unlike other services, in this case there is a human-being that helps. They explained what to do and how to do it. I got a paper ticket and it was not easy to find how to pay it. They helped. The only thing is that I did not get the bank confirmation and i did not know if the transfer was actually made. But once I contacted them the response was fast. I will use Moneynetint again)
