Reliable. Though when I made the transaction, I thought the transfer process will be continuous. But since I still have to complete the verification by sending documents, it took awhile. Maybe it's better that I won't be able to remit until the verification process is complete. Btw, kudos to your live chat support. It was helpful and fast.
