User Reviews
i love paysera ... its the best for me
Horrible. Any money i transfer to my account is minus in couple days . I dont have any loans or anything my money always gone.
Horrible. We've wasted 10 days of our time. Support is not responding. Zero meaninful resposnse from technical support, regarding project integration, too.To show a simple difference - we integrated Stripe flawlessly into our project within ONLY FEW hours. Where with Paysera it took us 10 days of struggling with their NOT existing support. Bye and hopefuly we never see you again.
I don't ask for more. Better than most of banks. Thank you.
Honestly Paysera is excellent I always sent and received money whenever I wanted
Ils ont fermer mon compte sans ma persmission , je ne recommande pas ce service . A fuire le plutot possible :We kindly inform you that your account has been closed in accordance with clause 12.2.3 of the General Payment Services Agreement: “if the Client fails to complete the necessary identification procedures, or submit information required by Paysera, [...] if Paysera has reasonable suspicion that the Client does not observe the requirements set forth in Article 9 of the Agreement”. The agreement is available here: for private clients - for business clients - Je connais des clients aussi qui on perdu leur argent , sans aucune raison .
Honestly Paysera is excellent I always sent and received money whenever I wanted
For the second time paysera increase the monthly fee
Better than most of the 'normal' banks. Highly recommended!
Hello,I have been using paysera for the last year to receive my earnings as a freelancer. Last time I receive a good amount of money from one of my clients after finishing a project for them, so I provided paysera with all necessary documents, invoices.. and I called just to ask if I can perform a bank transfer to some banks in order to pay also for the team that worked with me, as usual they run investigation asking me for the reason of the payment and I have answered all of that. For my surprise I woke black yesterday and found out that they have closed my account for clausus 12.2.2&12.2.4 which are irrelevant and doesn't have anything to do with the activities I did, after calling paysera support and asking them for help and maybe reviewing their decision I was told that it's final decision and I'm not their client anymore and I don't own them any service, they refused to transfer the funds I have to a family member, and I was told by them if I think that they made a mistake I should bring my lawyer. It's the worst experience ever and I don't recommend anyone to relay on their services. Now im lost and I might lose the project and my reputation with my client just because of their system.Thank you paysera.
Paysera blocks incoming and outgoing payments without notice. For some you have no info for others you need to provide invoices which is commercial information. They didn't have easily accessible notice that holding money in their system will be taxed over some amount. I don't feel safe holding more than few thousand in their system.
They froze my business account for two weeks (no end in sight) to fill in KYC questionaire without prior notice. After calling them: no help of course - 'paysera guidelines' is all you get. I can only urge anyone to NEVER open an account with paysera and look for a professionally operating bank if you do not want to lose your money. Not they can copy&paste their standard reply about guidelines and EU rules and regulations again, just wait for it. I worked with banks in different countries and have never come across such business practices. Spend a good time choosing a serious bank you trust your money with, it will save you lots of trouble and grey hair. Take all those negative reviews here very serious.

I've been working with them for years, and generally speaking they do their jobs well as well as the fact that customer service is above average - on rare occasions there are some hiccups in terms of the application and usage and restrictions but for the most part it's a okay ??. I love them and I look forward to them improving as time passes.
After registering and kyc, the first payment was received and paysera immediately blocked it?? then blocked the account?? I can't return my funds for two days, 10 letters and hours of conversations with technical support, and the result is zero??
Fees, especially for the card issuance, delivery and monthly maintenance have been increasing in accordance with the increased rate of new customers these last years, and although they have a good helpful english support through chatting, they take too long to reply through emails and when dialing their arabic support phone number, an auto response picks up immediaitely asking you to wait for someone to pick up the phone for so long until you run out of the expensive international phone credits. And they require you to pay 0.13€ for an obligatory comfirmation sms when trying to access many parts of your account or profile settings. Happened after mistakenly disabling the mobile app confirmation method without being warned that re-enabling it is not possible without that sms. And happens if the phone or the app cannot be reached. They also allow you to open an account and use it for transactions if you're living outside europe, but they don't allow you to obtain a physical or a virtual card, and that makes the services they provide so limited if most people are only willing to use those accounts for shopping online, which is impossible in this case.I just had a bad experience but other than that it's fine.
Our account has been restricted (without warning) for what appears to be an annual review of KYC. We resubmitted our documents more than a month ago. I was also (concerningly) repeatedly requested to alter our estimates, despite us not intending to actively use this account. I was also kicked off as administrator, despite having sent the required authorization letters in time. Their 'support' team only keeps 'escalating' our queries and tells us to wait. For a month now, we have been unable to receive/send funds. AVOID PAYSERA AT ALL COSTS!
My account was closed and i provided bank details a month ago and no reply on email , no refundI PROVIDED CORRECT BANK DETAILS & dotn post your email please cuz you are not even replying04/05/2022no reply & no refund so if you want to keep using paysera you can lose all your money now im sure they scammed me stay away please
After all attempts to contact support, received the standard answers, the account was closed without waiting for the card. Now the most interesting: I waited 10 days for verification of the documents, in the end the mail came that I have not so, corrected, back received the same letter, in support of the voice, said to read what was written in the mail - there is nothing normal was written
I fought by law when was not authorised transaction but money gone from clients account money should be returned on next day. Maybe I wrong? But Paysera answers about my lost money ( 4200€ ) is that we shouldn’t click any links to some sms. I just wanna inform you ( Paysera) that I didn’t click any links on any sms or emails or .. , and I not holding anywhere any information about my online account except in my head. But still I lost 4200€. Was changed password and money gone. Paysera even charge me 10 € for transaction cancellation , but nothing. Soon gonna be 2 weeks how I lost money. I need pay bills but nobody cares. INVESTIGATION ONGOING. I know by other people review that similar situations happened not just to me .
