WARNING! Don?t open an account at genome. Such a bad experience! NEVER AGAIN!Since days I cannot transfer my money to an ather of my accounts (whre I have credit cards). I am traveling around Asia but now I don?t get my money because genome is 'verifying of origin of funds' - what ever that means. There is small money on account, but they don?t let me since days! remove my money.They are the boss of your own money, not you! I can suggest everybody not to use this terrible genome.

Swift communication with customer support. I’d highly recommend Genome. For now, they don’t have too many features, but it looks like their business and merchant accounts are on top. I started my personal account not so long ago, so I’m still getting familiar with the service. No issues with sending and receiving different transfers.

I love it that you do not have to pay more for different pricing plans and additional features. The basic batch of all features is free with the EU resident plan. No need to upgrade the account to get access to additional services. I only pay 1 euro if I need to send money to somebody.

Really useful abroad and for daily use in my home country (I’m making plenty of transfers every day). I have experience in using Genome in different countries and so far, it’s been amazing. I’m planning to open a business account in the nearest future with Genome as well.

Genome team, continue doing great stuff - I’m in love with your services. I opened all types of accounts with Genome (personal, business, merchant) - and use them daily. Fees are very affordable and you can check them before doing any transaction. I really like it that I’m not charged for something I didn’t know I had to pay.

A truly user-centered service. With each update, I see how the app’s getting better. Genome’s transfers are prompt and cheap, never experienced any delays with them. I’m very impressed with the quality of service at such affordable pricing.

I opened a Genome personal account for free and have been receiving euro transfers for a few months already with no charges! If I need to make a payment - it only costs 1 euro. It’s the most down-to-earth mobile banking app that you need in your pocket.

I was using a few different wallets over the past years. Genome looks simple and easy to understand, with many more features coming out soon. Charges are not high compared to well-known banking apps. Great job guys!

One more amateurish and paranoid so called 'E?money institution' from Lithuania.Stay away from them - your account will not last long, eventually they will find it 'suspicious' and close.My account was closed after one and only transfer of 50 (FIFTY!) EUR.Companies like that popup like mushrooms and disappear fast, not worth trying.Update: Following Genome reply: It seems like if you make a SEPA transfer of 50 (FIFTY) EUR to your Genome account they will call it 'suspicious activity' and close your account. That's what they did in my case. 50 EUR SEPA transfer was the one and only activity on my account before they closed it.

I have tried many times now to top up my account so that it can be closed, even though I have never used it. None of my cards will work, but they work everywhere else.. Online and ATM. I guess VISA also believes the 'bank' to be dodgy. I made every effort to pay this ridiculous fee for an account that was never used, but have been unable to and tried once again to request that they close the account to prevent further fees accruing. Absolute joke!

Effortless user-friendly app with lots of cool features for banking. I registered in no time and could start sending and receiving transfers immediately. Please, add a Direct Debit feature soon.

Have been using a Genome personal account for almost a year now and I've had no issues with it so far. Now, I’m opening a business account for our family bakery and probably, a merchant account in the near future too.

My friend told me about Genome some months ago. I was suspicious at first as I was used to my regular banking app. But it was so easy to open an account with Genome! I love instant transfers between users. Very convenient, especially if you’re out with friends

I'm using Genome for personal and professional purposes, never had any troubles. I had some verifications along the way. But if you have all the documents required the process is always smooth.

This company popped up on my Linkedin feed and I thought I'd give it a shot since I was looking for a new alternative bank account for my company. So far so good. SEPA payments are executed as in any other bank, pricing is reasonable, Support is really helpful. A bit sad that they don't have cards yet, only pre-order but regardless of that the service is really good. Looking forward to SWIFT, as Support told me it's coming soon... ? Didn't use my personal account that much though, so it's only about the business account.

If you are a company, do not use this bank because it always asks you for new documents every day ... As far as I am concerned, my experience with this EMI has been bad ... Once all the official documents have been sent out and certified by public bodies and also in public registers they continue to make new requests for documents and when you give them all the documents their answer is FOR US NOT GOOD. All the documents provided have been accepted by all banks as they are official and they are not good for them ... If you don't want to waste time don't use this bank (EMI)
