I just got scammed as well, you add the money, and then they pretend to want to verify your identity..And to verify your identity they leave you with a Russian website and a Russian document to complete and to even notarize and translate in Russian ! And of course you can't send this document by email they only accept letters ! And even if you were to comply with all this crap, apparently and according to another contributor on this website they may refuse your application !And apparently there is no way to get your money back, once you sent it as a foreigner, you just got scammed because you get into they ''verification'' scam model.For me, it's just 1000 Rupees but for other people that could be much more..UNBELIEVABLE THAT COMPANIES LIKE THAT STILL EXIST.

Next to impossible for an American to open a yoomoney account!!! Russians who are will to sell services to an American but only accept payment through yoomoney is flat out ridiculous when there are much easier ways to transfer money to Russia!! Like PayPal. And western union, it is so simple!!! Have a good life yoomoy!!
This platform appears to be a legitimate merchant and money collection app, however they facilitate scammers, allowing the scammers to instantly collect cash from people and offers no buyer protection, 'we're sorry but the scammer got your cash instantly so we can't get it back' I got this reply after 24 hours. Recommended for scammers, normal people shouldn't trust this merchant brand.

SCAM , KEEP CUSTOMERS' MONEY, incident : i have deposited a lot of money in my wallet for the purpose of purchasing services, and they asked me to send my passport information and many other documents by mail, i did, and after weeks they did not respond noticed it, then I got in touch again, and they said the document is not accepted, AND THEY KEEP MY MONEY EVERYTHING WITHOUT letting me withdraw OR SPEND ANY SERVICE, IT'S A SCAM ISLANDS TO WIN EVERYONE'S MONEY

They are colluding with a gang of online scammers, even though they know about the scams they continue to allow scammers to receive payments with their services. Definitely NOT RELIABLE.
