Been with Sticpay since beginning and think the app needs some work on it, every time I try to get in to the account for 6 months it tells me it's wrong passcode. So I change and not use for a few more months and then try to use again and doesn't work. I find the service moderately OK but after recent events I am glad I didn't put all my savings in to the account as I kind of don't trust them anymore.
WorldFirst could not transfer my money to Russia, and they have not returned the sum I was trying to transfer. The infrastructure seems to be from the stone age: does not even allow a transfer to a card, requires crazy details like bank address etc. Please use other means if you want a 2mins quick and easy transfer: for example, my experience with PaySend was fantastic!
Very smooth transaction process, the agread funds being transferred within 24hours. Personal easy and pleasant to deal with.
