I can call them amatures but not scammers because they paid me back every time in case of any issues, but the app is so difficult to use and confusing, customer service response come after ages and they are not really professional…..
So far i can say SO GOOD, no problem almost for a long time, recently i had issue about deposit, i made deposit but still CAN NOT SEE IT ON MY BALANCE, please help me to solve this issue, THANK YOU!
Fasterpay has been our payment supplier for roughly six months i am not aware of any unresolved missing payments our clients are pleased and our delivery is prompt since notifications are sent immediately following the transaction if there are no suspicious behaviors causing the system to promptly refund the money to the card in general the support team could be faster but all questions are answered anyway
we registered our company for faster pay and one person from support team, sara contacted us via email and asks us for some documents to verify our account and we provided her, later they announce us that documents are approved but in the system still it shows the account as a test one, so we emailed her so many times but now more then 3 weeks no response from her, i really dont know how such people can become so call manager of anything, so now we can not use our account, i dont know what to say, shame!!!
IT S SCAM, HOLDING MY $9000 WITHOUT ANY REASON AND KEEP NOT ANSWERING ME, DONT USE THEM!!!
