Bad experience with this app/business. I wanted to transfer money from INR to USD. The first transfer went fine. The second time I get an email after 2 days asking me to provide additional documentation. After providing all the documentation I get an email saying 'Due to internal policies they can't do my transfer and I'll have to wait 48-72 hours to get my refund'. When pressed further they wouldn't elaborate on the reason why they denied the transfer.

On an average we get best rates and amount will be credited within 3 days max, which is not bad. So overall a positive experience. I usually transfer from US to India.

I was able to successfully transfer money but I had a spend a bit of time figuring out things (approx. 2days).The user interface can be improved a little.For example, while adding bank account I couldn't see the checking account on the Plaid popup until I scroll which I didn't realize on my Mac.When I successfully added the account, it was not auto selected and the error message says 'screen_id cannot be empty', which I had no clue what it means.Also, some messages on the website were not in English.

I have been using this app/website for over 15 months now. I have transferred close to $40k+ from the US to India. Not just that they consistently gave me better rates but they deliver the money to my Indian account the fastest I have seen someone doing so.

The system, while functional and straightforward, lacks in simplification like you'd see in cashapp or paypal. Clearly, it's geared more towards transfers internationally- or less America based. I say this as they, so far on the web browser, lack the option to transfer to Th United States for some reason. Yet, during sign up were at least understanding of me being American. Good system overall and functions right, minus 1 point for lack of having foreign friends to transfer to or recommend.
